Installments Plans

Booking:

In order to completely avoid duplicity and to provide utmost security of your plots we have designed a state of the art and foolproof records management system.
Booking requests are acceptable only through our online portal.
You may seek assistance from our Helpline in case of any difficulty in following the online booking portal.

Payments:

1. We do not accept “Cash” Payments.
2. We only accept crossed cheque/Pay order/Demand Draft issued in favour of “Sindhu Builders and Developers”.
3. We only accept online payment if prior authorization is applied for electronically through our online portal.
4. No other forms of payments are acceptable.

Transfer:

1. Only those plots shall be eligible for transfer to any other party whose installments are up to date in accordance with the payment schedule.
2. At the time of transfer both buyer and seller must be present along with valid Cnic at our office.
3. Transfer fee shall be payable at the time of transfer by the purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

1. Owing to any reason whatsoever, if 04 consecutive payments remain unpaid, your plot Booking shall be deemed cancelled without any intimation and shall be put up for sale.
2. Incase of cancellation, a deduction of 25% of the Total Cost of plot shall be deducted from your paid amount and the remaining balance shall be refunded.
3. Incase of refund, the original allottee/ owner is required to be present along with valid Cnic at our office and shall be refunded in the form of crossed cheque on his name.
4. Incase of voluntary cancellation, same rules shall be applied as mentioned in para 2 and 3 above.
